Terms of Service

By installing or using Report Preflight, you agree to these terms.

Service

Report Preflight provides automated checks for common presentation-reporting mistakes. Results are informational. Users remain responsible for reviewing a presentation and deciding whether it is ready to send or publish.

Acceptable use

You may use the add-on only with presentations and URLs you are authorized to access. You must not use the add-on to violate law, third-party rights, Google policies, or the security of another system.

Availability and changes

The early version is provided free of charge during validation. Features may change, and the service can be suspended for maintenance, security, or policy reasons. Material pricing changes will be disclosed before they apply.

Third-party services

The add-on runs on Google Workspace and Apps Script infrastructure. Optional live-link checking sends requests to the URLs in the active presentation. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Automated checks can produce false positives, miss issues, or be affected by third-party availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the add-on.

Termination

You may stop using and uninstall the add-on at any time. The developer may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security, legal, or platform-policy issues.
